RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns on limestone engraved address stones purchased from LaGreen’s Distributing Company. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Each limestone engraved address number is customized and personalized for a specific address and can be used for only one customer.

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each number is specific to the customers address number and therefore cannot be returned.

If, however, you do receive a limestone with a damaged box, please follow the instructions below and submit your data within 7 days after you have received it.

If your order arrives and your box is damaged, do the following:

Open your box and check it to see if there is any damage on the address stone. If there is damage to the stone, do the following,

1. Take a photo of the damaged area on the box

2. Take a photo of the damage on the address stone.

3. Take a photo of the address label on the box
